How do I get the monthly Theory deep-dive?
It unlocks automatically in your account library the day it drops — no codes to copy or lose. We'll also email you when each new deep-dive and live Q&A is available.
Is the app included in my tier?
Tier 3 includes app Pro at no extra cost — when the app launches, nothing about your bill changes. The app ships after the site. On Tier 1 or Tier 2 you can reserve app-only Basic at $4.99/month or Pro at $8.99, locked in for life if you reserve before December ($8.99 and $12.99 after). Basic covers playalong and analysis; Pro adds sheet-music export and your own lead sheets.
When does the app actually launch, and when am I charged for it?
The app comes after the site launch. Reserving Basic or Pro stores your card without charging it — your first payment is on launch day, and we email you 7 days beforehand with the exact date. Cancel free any time before then. If launch lands after December, your reserved rate still holds.
Is the $14.99 Tier 3 rate really locked in?
Yes. Subscribe to Tier 3 before December and you keep $14.99/month for as long as your subscription stays active — even after the regular price goes up for new members.
